We love coffee – the way it energizes us, makes us feel connected and fuels our minds. Tired of an average cup of joe, we began the search for something more. We started cold brewing in our own kitchen at home, in Kuala Terengganu.
After months of experimenting with different formulas and brewing methods, we finally found the perfect combination of brewing time and temperature, using a blend of highly select, medium roasted, certified organic Arabica beans. But we didn't stop there.
Our Original cold brew coffee was a game changer. We had to share it with the world, so we started by walking around Kuala Terengganu, reaching out with as many people as possible. We got a really good feedback from most of the people.
To keep up with the demand, we decided to open a coffee shop. On September 1st 2016, we finally get to operate our coffee shop until today, The first Coffee shop to serve Cold-brew coffee in Terengganu, Malaysia. Other than cold-brew coffee, we also serve espresso based coffee and other drinks to give our customers more options to choose.
And, that's how ROLLIE CAFE' was born. We continue to brew ROLLIE CAFE' with the freshest organic ingredients we can source and always strive to create the best tasting beverages on the market.
